1. What are your shipping times?

  • Our shipping time normally takes between 1-5 weeks to ship depending on which warehouse your items are coming from. There are some exceptions such as: Holidays, Festivals, Events, etc. 
  • ** Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, some shipping times may be longer due to delayed postal issues.

2. Where are your products from?

  • We have fulfillment centres located around the world. To get our products to our customers as soon as we can with the least wait possible, we have two countries that currently provide us products. The United States and China.

3. Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?

  • Please refer to our 'Refund Policy' to learn more.

4. How do I know if my private information is secure with you?

  • Absolutely! Yes, we are verified and trusted. We have a GUARANTEED safe checkout. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time-only upon completing your purchase. Then your credit card will be purged. In fact, we only see the last 4 digits of your credit card to ensure the order matches the payment.

5. How do I track my package?

  • We provide our customers with tracking numbers after their purchase has been processed. 

6. I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?

  • Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 3-5 days of your purchase). If you did not get your tracking number after 5 days of your order, you can send a support ticket request via email (firezoneco@gmail.com) and we will gladly provide you with your tracking number.
